I discovered a passion for good food when I was a child. My aunt sent me for the first time to buy bread. There, in the small bakery, I was overwhelmed by the smell of freshly baked cookies and loaves. This is the feeling I try to recreate when I cook and it is the same feeling I would like to share in my blog. For me the love for good food entails the use of raw materials, respect of the product, seasonality of products and quality research. I am originally from Sicily and I live in Bologna. While studying, I had the opportunity to tour Europe and make new and stimulating experiences. This is why I love to discover Italian regional recipes though I enjoy culinary tours around the world. I am fascinated by the combination of gastronomy and diverse cultural experiences.
